After a decade of leading marketing teams to success at renowned brands like Marimekko, Diane von Furstenberg, and Halfdays, among others, Ivonna Young founded The Lavender Agency. Launched in 2020, The Lavender Agency is an executive-as-a-service agency providing fractional marketing support to fashion, beauty, and lifestyle CEOs and their organizations. We blend insight, strategy, and execution to deliver results that drive long-term profitable growth for businesses.

Our Founder

Ivonna Young is a seasoned marketing expert with over a decade of experience in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle marketing. Armed with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from LIM College and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from New Jersey City University, she has ascended from the front lines to the industry’s zenith.

Having served on the executive teams of both small businesses and large corporations, Ivonna has led marketing teams in creating and executing strategies that drive revenue and enhance return on investment. After years of guiding teams to success, Ivonna founded The Lavender Agency to empower more fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands with the insight, strategy, and execution necessary to achieve long-term profitable growth.

As a member of the CMOx cohort, a distinguished group of fractional CMOs dedicated to driving business transformation, Ivonna continues to offer high-level strategic leadership while building high-performing marketing teams that innovate and deliver measurable results.

In recognition of her exceptional contributions to the field, Ivonna was invited to join the Forbes Agency Council in 2023, a testament to her thought leadership and impact on the industry.
